Years ago I was taking the New York subway when I had an epiphany: “I need to make music.” It was as if, after so many years of seeking and trying to figure out who I wanted to be, the feeling finally found me. I don’t know if it was the energy of that city—so filled with creativity and genius, besides stress of course—that woke something in me, but the desire was unmistakable and for better or worse, completely unshakable.

I realized that beyond making music, I needed to liberate my voice, the one that had been trapped in toxic relationships and limiting beliefs. Music saved me; music healed me. And here I am, processing this human experience—its flaws and its potential—through my music, awareness, and reflections, hoping that this journey of self can serve as a light along your own path.
